The Mobility Orientation Bill (LOM) provides for new obligations for motorway concessionaires for ecological purposes.
The LREM group plans several tracks in the project including the introduction of a number of mandatory parking spaces for carpooling, the requirement for petrol stations to offer alternative fuels.
The most important proposition is the variation of the price of the toll depending on the emissions of the vehicles, so the greener trucks will see the highway bill decreased.
