A driver working for a company in Pierre-Bénite has just been arrested after stealing 80,000 liters of diesel!
The manager of the company had ended up noticing differences between the point of loading at the Feyzin refinery and the point of delivery at the service station of 4,000 liters per trip.
The driver committed these thefts for four months since last January and thus diverted a total of 80,000 liters of diesel that he stored in tanks at a friend's.
He was arrested and taken into custody for his trial.
