A public-private budget for a total budget of 4.5 billion euros is planned by 2030 for the redevelopment of the transport network.
Although the majority of the budget is for the modernization of the rail network, part of it will be allocated to the road network.
This important investment will finance 39 European projects, including 4 in France. The Paris-Lyon railway line and the Lyon railway bottleneck are concerned, as well as the "Blue Stations" network and the "Zero Emision Valley" (hydrogen) project.
