Garmin has just released its new watch called Instinct 2 specially designed for truck drivers.
Oriented towards the well-being of drivers, it monitors their state of health 24 hours a day, including heart rate, stress level, blood oxygen level, hydration and sleep.
It also indicates the breaks to be taken by planning them from the smartphone application and offers exercises adapted to drivers during stops.
It also communicates with the latest Garmin GPS and displays information on its screen: all driving times, break times, health status, etc.
