The Mobility Orientation Law (LOM) was adopted last week by a large majority.
The flagship measures of this law are first and foremost the over-depreciation of the most environmentally friendly trucks. Thus companies will benefit from aid when acquiring heavy trucks with gas, hydrogen or electricity.
Then, a big investment plan is planned for the modernization of the ports (Have, Rouen and Paris in particular).
Finally, on a smaller scale, an investment of 2.3 billion euros has been planned over 10 years for rail freight.
