Amazon wants to put his drones on the trucks

News of the 19/02/2018

Amazon has just filed a patent allowing its drones to land directly on the roof of delivery trucks and road to increase the delivery radius of its drones.

The goal is to multiply the scope of its drones and deliver customers more and more far. The drones can land on a truck and then take off again to change trucks during a fork in the highway and get closer to their delivery points.

Amazon will therefore establish partnerships with major US carriers in the medium and long term.

Many patents have been filed on this subject but remember that Amazon is testing for the moment the "simple" deliveries by drones. For the moment the American company has not yet obtained the agreement of the authorities for the deployment of this mode of delivery throughout the country.
