On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, the association Le Monde du Transport Réuni (LMTR) honored the invitation from France Travail to participate in various events. Among these, a significant meeting took place on the outskirts of Lyon, in the dynamic industrial district of Vénissieux. The key event of the day focuses on promoting the feminization of transport professions, an area where LMTR plays a notable representation role.
The meeting was held in the presence of personalities such as the prefect of the region and the director of France Travail. Eric Bernard, vice-president of LMTR, accompanied by two interns from the Iron Women program trained by RAS Intérim - a key partner of the association - moderated the discussions. The afternoon is devoted to a constructive dialogue on the sharing of experiences and strategies aimed at integrating more women into the sector and encouraging the progression of the feminization of transport professions.
