The climate law is changing the taxation of fuel and transporters are already informed about the measures to come.
Pushed back by the health crisis, the climate law is already beginning to outline the changes in taxation and exemptions with the first validations by the deputies of the special commission.
First of all, the reimbursable portion of TICPE will no longer be in force from January 1, 2023 and all of the current exemptions available on diesel will disappear in 2030. Finally, the teaching of eco-driving will now be integrated into the initial and continuing training.
It should be noted that many elected officials wanted to reduce the application deadlines, but the unions convinced the government not to apply these amendments.
