Fuel thieves are not lacking in ingenuity when it comes to emptying tanks: they now pierce the tank.
As you can see in the photo, this flight was made on a German carrier. It is assumed that a first team of thieves comes with an electric drill and a second then arrives with a very long pipe connected to a pump and sucking up all the fuel.
Unlike a classic theft where the damage is limited to the fuel, in this case the tank must be changed, resulting in the immobilization of the truck and costs 10 times higher, including delivery delays.
