The Calcia Cement Group has just been fined € 670,000 for late payments.
The company was late in paying more than 20,000 invoices, 1,200 of which involved carriers. The Direccte d'Île-de-France was able to make these findings over a period of 6 months and took proportional sanctions.
The law Sapin II had raised the ceiling of the fine for this type of offense to 2 million euros and OTRE hello this first application.
