Hydrogen fuel cell trucks are an alternative to electric batteries sometimes favored by carriers.
Thus Nikola Motors group has already totaled 9000 orders for its trucks operating with this technology, the latest being 800 trucks by the American brewer Anheuser-Busch.
With a twenty-minute charge, the Nikola 2 can travel 1,900 km. The cost per kilometer is identical to a conventional thermal truck but there is no pollution released.
