Following the example of Paris, Lyon and Grenoble, Toulouse is also setting up a ZFE (low emission zone) according to a schedule which will begin in March this year.
Here is the schedule provided by the municipality:
From March 2022: ban on professional vehicles with a Crit'Air 5 sticker;
From September 2022: ban on heavy goods vehicles and commercial vehicles certified Crit'Air 4;
From 2023: ban on two-wheelers with a Crit'Air sticker 4 or more;
