A transporter from Romania was arrested by the Dordogne gendarmerie for practicing the pushchair technique for two consecutive years.
This technique consists of gluing the following vehicle as it passes the toll barrier and crossing at the same time as it does not pay.
The carrier used the stroller exclusively at the Thenon toll booth on the A89 in the Dordogne and thus allegedly defrauded Vinci Autoroutes of almost 2,000 euros.
