Volvo Trucks is now unveiling its “Iron Women” program in France after Peru and South Africa to train female drivers in freight transport.
The manufacturer is associated with RAS Intérim and its “Agir Au Féminin” program, which has trained 200 drivers since 2020.
The objective is to respond to an increasingly strong demand from transport companies for the recruitment of women.
